BCM Group has proposed to develop a Multiplex & Shopping Mall Project “BCM Zodiac Mall” located at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.
Project Specifications:
The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 5.26 acres and has a development potential of approximately 1.16 million sq.ft of built up area. The project is the construction of 1 Building with Ground Floor + Podium + Mezzanine + 6 Upper Floors.
In addition, the project is planned to have parking facilities such as Basement Parking for 275 vehicles, Multi-level Parking for 600 vehicles and Stilt floor Parking for 150 vehicles. The proposed BCM Zodiac Mall is designed to accommodate approximately 320 shops and offices on the 5th and 6th floor.

The project site is surrounded by a lot of the community facilities including schools, Bus Stops, temples etc located in close proximity to the project location.
Moreover, the property is well connected through different transport facilities. The Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International airport is located at a distance of 21 km from the project site.
