About the Project:
Brigade Group has proposed to construct “Brigade Mixed Use Development” Project situated at Banahalli Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore.
The group has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with M/s. Anish Maple Realty and M/s. Veerabhadra Associates (Goa) for the development of the land parcel.
The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 29.36 acres and has a development potential of approximately 5.10 million sq.ft of built up area. The company has worked out a master plan for the development of 5 Cluster of buildings comprising of Residential/ Retail/ Commercial (IT/ITES Office spaces).
Other salient features shall include uninterrupted power and water supply, Green Building Certification, artificial water feature, ATM’s, Advanced Building Management and Security Systems, etc.
Moreover, this project would consist of a total of 3300 apartment units and 200 service apartments. The project will comprise of various sizes of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK luxurious apartments designed beautifully and efficiently. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.
This gigantic Brigade Mixed-Use Development is near NH44, Bengaluru – Hosur Main Road. The location of the proposed Brigade Mixed Use Development is in the suburbs of Bengaluru City and is a major employment centre. It is characterized by the presence of several IT / ITES, Industrial Areas, Health Care Institutions, Malls and Commercial Places, Residential Areas and heavy traffic from all directions.
The proposed project is located between Bommasandra and Chandapura, situated around 24 km from the Central Business area of Bengaluru City, 57 km from the Kempegowda International Airport and about 27 km from Bengaluru City Railway Station.
