Project Summary:
Kumar Properties & Total Environment has proposed to develop an Integrated Township Project located at Village Manjari, Tehsil Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.
Project Specifications:
The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 142.77 acres and has a development potential of approximately 17.45 million sq.ft of built up area. The project is the construction of 50 residential towers with upto 26 upper floors, two commercial towers with upto 3 floors.
Apart from this, it is proposed to develop one LIG + MIG Building of 14 upper floors, approx. 600 plots, a school building etc. In addition, the buildings will have Sewage Treatment Plant, Rainwater harvesting
systems and the common areas will be lit through CFL lights. Solar hot water system and solar PV panels are also proposed in project.
Locality & Connectivity:
The property is surrounded by basic infrastructures like schools, college, banks. ATM, police station, hotel, entertainment center etc. which falls within 5 kms from the site.
Moreover, the project site is well connected through different transport facilities. The proposed project is located at a distance of 7 kms from the Hadapsar Station while the Pune International Airport is about 14 kms from from the project site.
