Ektha Prime Builders in partnership with IRA Reality Tech has proposed to develop a Commercial Office Building Project “IRA Ektha Gateway Towers” situated at Puppalaguda, K.V.Rangareddy District, Telangana. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.

Spread over an area of 2.55 acres, this property has a development potential of approximately 1 million sq.ft of built up area. The project involves the construction of 1 Tower with 3 Basements + Ground Floor + 19 Upper Floors.
The amenities would include a fully equipped Community Center. Initiatives, like Sewage Treatment Plan, Green Area have been incorporated into the design to make the complex eco-friendly and sustainable. Additionally, parking facilities for 870 nos. of four wheelers and 753 nos of two wheelers has been proposed.
Connectivity:
This new office building project is located near an existing 12 m wide ORR service road in the south direction. There are also a lot of the infrastructural facilities in the neighborhood. From temples to schools, hospitals, community facilities, everything is located in close proximity to the project location.
The project site is also well connected by rail with Lingampally Railway Station located at a distance of 8.72 km while the RGIA Airport is located at a distance of 35 kms.
