K Raheja Corp has proposed to develop a Warehouse Project which would be coming up at KanchaImarath, Raviryal, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana.
The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 15.54 acres and has a development potential of approximately 221,596 sq.ft of built up area.
The warehouse Building facility shall be used storage and shipping of finished goods by large online e‐ retail business companies to store goods ranging from apparel to electronics. It is proposed to develop a Warehouse Building in G+1 floor and Godown, Rest room & toilets, Security cabins in Ground floor.
The principles of low impact development are adopted during the design stage to ensure storm water percolation, treated water reuse, energy conservation, and optimized usage of renewable resources.
The connectivity to the site is by 30 m wide road in north direction and further connects to main access road of Sri Sailam Highway. The nearest railway station is the Umda Nagar Railway Station located at a distance of 8.92 km.
