Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India is bringing forth the redevelopment of a Management Development Centre in Jeevan Bima Nagar, Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra. This residential-educational centre is designed keeping in mind the idea of a home and comfort. The assortment of amenities and training centre makes learning fun and interactive.

Project Specifications:

Developed over an expanse of 7.09 Acre plot area, the project is in pre-construction stage. The layout has been planned to integrate staff quarters, hostel, bungalows, training centre and amenities spread evenly to render light and ventilation to each unit. The staff quarters consist of  a ground floor and twenty upper floors. The training centre consists of  a ground floor and three upper floors. The hostel consists of a basement, ground floor and eleven upper floors.

Highlights:

Reflecting on the current drive towards sustainability, the project generates and encourages the need for water and energy conservation through different processes. The application of Sewage Treatment plant and Rain Water Harvesting plant aids in preventing water pollution and replenishing groundwater table. Solar water heating and Green building concept aids in conserving energy. Amenities like a children play area, swimming pool, landscape areas and gymnasium are provided.
