The development potential of the project is 1.07 million sq. ft. of built up area which is spread over a land measuring 33.63 acres. The proposed project involves the construction of Warehouse Block A to H with 1 Ground Floor + Mezzanine Floor.
A total of 31 Rain Water Harvesting pits are proposed for artificial ground water recharge. The power supply will be supplied by Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN). The total connected load for Warehouse/ Industrial & Logistics ParkProject will be approx. 2,000 kVA.
The nearest national highway is NH-71 approx. 5.0 km (W), SH-26 is approx. 8.5 km towards South and SH-15A is approx. 15.0 km towards NE direction while the nearest railway station is Pataudi railway station approx. 6.0 kms (ESE). Indira Gandhi International Airport is approx. 41.0 kms (ENE).
