Model Economic Township Limited has proposed to establish a Warehouse Development Project located at Village Dadri Toe, Jhajjar District, Haryana.
Sprawled over an area of 55.14 acres, the project has a development potential of 1.28 million sq.ft of built up area. The warehouse will be used for storage of Non-Agro products.
The proposed project will comprise of covered sheds, admin room, utility area, open parking and green area with other allied services like water supply network, storm water network, green area and waste management system.
The project site is accessible and is well connected via network of road. The project site is well connected through SH-15A and revenue roads. Farukh Nagar Railway station is at approx. 6.9 km from the site in SE direction, while IGI airport is located at 32.67 km in East direction from the project site.
