Prestige Group has proposed to construct a Commercial Office Building “Prestige Sky Tech” at Puppalaguda, Gandipeta, Ranga Reddy District of Telangana.
The site area is spread on a land measuring 7.60 acres and will offer a development potential of approximately 3 million sq ft of built up area.
The project envisages the development of a single office tower consisting of 19 upper floors. Similarly, it is proposed to develop 2 Basement floors and 7 Stilt floors for parking.
