Raja Bahadur International Limited has proposed a mixed development project “ Raja Bahadur City centre” Sangamwadi, Pune.
The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 20.15 acres and has a development potential of approximately 3.36 million sq.ft of built up area.
The proposed project involves the construction of Retails + Cinema + Parking Building with 2 Basement + Ground Floor + 7 Upper Floors. It would also comprise of Commercial Tower 1 with 16 floors, Commercial Tower 2 with 20 floors while Commercial Tower 3 would feature 13 floors.
Moreover, the project also features additional buildings such as Service apartment (Hotel Building), Utility Building, Amenity building, Club house.
