ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, has proposed a new data centre at Kopar khairne, Plot no 51 and 51(Part) TTC of MIDC,Khairane, Dist: Thane. The proposed project will be a private Data centre project consisting of substation buildings with basement facilities.
Project Specifications:
The project is currently under approval and will spread over a land parcel of 7.63 acres with construction area of 4,77,983 sq.ft. The design will consist of a substation building with two basements, and a ground floor in addition to two upper floors. The proposed project will also have an annexure building with six upper floors, a ground floor and two basements attached to it. It is believed that this upcoming data centre will help the IT centre to keep up with the rapid advancements in technology.
