Emerald Haven Towers Limited (TVS Group) is coming up with a high-rise residential project under the name, “TVS Emerald Haven Towers” in Kovilambakkam, Chengalpattu, Chennai. The proponent has submitted the project application for Environmental Clearance approvals.
The proposed residential project is a part of survey no. 17, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, and 35 of Kovilambakkam village, Tamil Nadu. The project site is at 12.947347 (12° 56′ 50.4492″ N) latitude and 80.190129 (80° 11′ 24.4644″ E) longitude near Plaza Tranquil playground, Ganapathy Nagar. They appointed Design Tree Service Consultants Private Limited as the Consultant for Electrical, Plumbing, MEP, HVAC, and Mechanical Works, and Kharche & Associates as the Design Architect for this project.
The project envisages the construction of four residential blocks including a basement floor, ground floor, and 18 upper floors comprising 820 apartment units. Construction work for this project will begin in 2022 and is due for completion in 2027. The plot area for the proposed construction is 6.56 acres. The total built-up area of these residential units will be 13,23,548 sq. ft. amounting to a total project cost of INR 291 crores.
The operational power requirement of the project is 2134 KW with an operational DG capacity of 2000 KVA. This project will produce 2748 kg of operational solid waste in one day. The occupancy of the proposed development is 4905 occupants and will require 630 KLD of operational potable water. The operational sewage treatment plant capacity is 215 KLD.
