Bansal Construction Works Private Limited will be responsible for construction and development of various Govt facilities at Khurai.

The proposed project involves the construction and development of various projects and facilities at Khurai in Sagar District. These include a Sports Complex with a ground floor and 1 upper floor, a parking facility, and a Shanti-Dham (Crematorium) made up of 3 blocks. They also include a veterinary hospital made up of 2 blocks, and a new Tehsil and SDM Office with a ground floor and 1 upper floor. The project also incorporates government housing comprising a ground floor and 3 upper floors, a rest house and a PWD Office made up of 2 Blocks. A Gaushala, a bus pickup station and a cricket ground were some additional facilities planned on site. The project cost is approximately INR 48 crores. Project construction begins in 2022 and will finish in 2024.
