M/s INGKA Centres India Pvt. Ltd. has proposed a mix-used development project at commercial property plot no. E – 01, Sector 51, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The developers will build the project on a land parcel of 11.81 acres, and the project’s total construction area will be 4,511,065 SqFt. The project’s construction cost is INR 1,691 crores. As of March 2023, excavation work is in progress.
Design International & Design plus Associates Services Private Limited (DPA) is appointed as the Design Architect for the project while Optimal Consultancy Services Private Limited is the Structural Engineer. Mace Group is the Project Management Consultant for the said project.
