Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) is planning the development of an IT Park with co-working spaces in the Electronic complex. The envisioned IT Park will be a green-certified building, offering a range of amenities such as co-working spaces, restaurants, open-to-sky sit-outs, and a common area.
According to the approved development plan, the IT Park will occupy a 3,785 SqM area within the Electronic complex in Sukhlia. It will feature a plug-and-play facility for entrepreneurs, along with a conference room and a lounge. Emphasizing sustainability, the building will incorporate solar panels on the roof and will also maximize natural sunlight.
Indore is on the brink of welcoming two new IT Parks. One will be situated within the Electronic complex, while the other will be located near Crystal IT Park. The latter is projected to require an investment of INR 387 crore and will accommodate over 50 tech companies.
