Vaishnavi Group, a Bengaluru-based company, has outlined its plans to develop 6 Million-SqFt of residential projects and 4 Million-SqFt of office space in Bengaluru. These projects have a top-line revenue potential of approximately INR 5,000 crore.
Furthermore, Vaishnavi Group intends to embark on a 62-acre development in Sarjapur, eastern Bengaluru. Out of this, 30 acres will be allocated for plotted development, while the remaining 32 acres will be utilized for constructing villas. The company has also identified another 30-acre land parcel located approximately 2 km away from the project site for plotted development.
The company is set to launch an additional 8 Lakh-SqFt in Banashankhari and develop a 60-acre plotted development in a prime location of Mysuru.
In terms of office spaces, Vaishnavi Group has ambitious plans.
Within the next six months, they will begin working on the Chalukya Hotel project, aimed at developing 1.5 Lakh-SqFt of Grade A office space in the central business district of Bengaluru. This venture is anticipated to generate a rental return of about INR 335 crores.
Presently, the company is already in the process of constructing 5 Lakh-SqFt of Grade A office space in southern Bengaluru, opposite Vega City Mall in JP Nagar. The completion of this project is expected within 18-24 months. Additionally, Vaishnavi Group has secured a 17-acre land parcel near Airport Road in the north, with a development potential of 2.5 Million-SqFt.
