Saya Group, a real estate firm based in Delhi-NCR, has announced its ambitious plans to develop “India’s tallest mall” in the region. The project, named Saya Status, will occupy a prime location in Sector 129 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and reach a towering height of 150 feet.
With an investment exceeding INR 2,000 Crore, the company aims to create an exceptional shopping destination that stands out from the rest. Covering a vast area, Saya Status will have a total built-up area of 1.4 Mn-SqFt, with 1.1 Mn-SqFt dedicated to leasable space.
The mall will consist of nine floors, each offering a remarkable collection of luxury brands and a range of cutting-edge amenities. The construction of this project is already in progress, with approximately 25 percent of the work already completed. The mall is expected to be fully operational by 2025.
