On Thursday, August 17, construction company Honer Homes revealed the initiation of a gated community project in Hyderabad, valued at INR 3,000 Crore, asserting it as the largest such project within the city.
Balu Chowdary, the Promoter-Director of Honer Prime Housing, conveyed that ‘Honer Signatis’ is presently undergoing development and encompasses a substantial built-up area of 7.8 Mn-SqFt, accommodating a total of 3,266 apartments across approximately 28 acres.
Currently, a substantial area of 9 Mn-SqFt (90 Lakh-SqFt) is actively under construction. Furthermore, the company has projects measuring around 10 Mn-SqFt in the planning phase for future development. Honer Homes have already successfully concluded two projects, spanning 3.2 Mn-SqFt collectively, within the city.
