Bhumika Group, Rajasthan’s largest mall developer, and a Faridabad-based developer, who owns 5-acre land on Mathura Road, have entered a joint development agreement to collaboratively create a high-street retail project in Faridabad.
The company plans to execute the development in a single phase, with an anticipated construction duration of 4 years. The estimated cost for the entire project is INR 600 crore, with projected sales reaching INR 1000 crore.
While the retail area will be available for sale, Bhumika Group will retain leasing rights to ensure a more diverse tenant mix. The project will be financed through a combination of pre-sales, internal funds, and institutional investments. Additionally, the second phase of the mall is set to be unveiled in the near future.
