The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) plans to develop two state-of-the-art commercial hubs on two defunct Octroi Naka land parcels located in Dahisar and Mankhurd, suburbs of Mumbai.
These hubs will function as commercial and entertainment destinations for residents and offer a relaxation space for travelers in transit. Each hub will feature shopping malls, banquet facilities, restaurants, food courts, auditoriums, and art galleries. The transit zone will be equipped with hotels, dining establishments, ticket booking centers, and a transfer system for private vehicles, waterways, and metros.
