An iconic IT Tower worth INR 700 Crore is set to revolutionize Hyderabad’s Old City. It will be built on an 11-acre land parcel, covering approximately 15 Lakh-SqFt, and will generate 50,000 job opportunities.
The 30-storeyed tower, called iTEK Nucleus in Malakpet’s Moosarambagh area will feature a sky lounge offering a 360-degree view of Hyderabad city. It will attain gold certification from the Indian Green Building Council.

On October 2, 2023, IT and Industries Minister KTR laid the foundation stone for the IT Tower. The project is being developed by the Telangana government in a public-private partnership with the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) and the Finczars consortium. The consortium consists of Finczars from Hyderabad, Varma Constructions from Mumbai, and YFC Projects from Gurugram.
The architectural design has been crafted by Mir Architects & Engineers, a firm based in the Old City. The iconic project is set to be completed within 36 months and will become the new symbol of the Old City, towering over Malakpet.
