Dhruva Space announced the set-up of a new spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing facility in Hyderabad. The facility will be located in TSIIC Hardware Park in Shamshabad, Hyderabad.
The construction of the spacecraft facility will commence in a phased manner. The overall project spreads across 6.5 Acres of land parcel while the estimated deadline is 5 years. The first phase of the project will be developed on 1.5 Lakh SqFt of land parcel and is anticipated to be ready in 18-24 months.

The spacecraft facility will be responsible for manufacturing large-scale space products such as – satellite platforms and subsystems, satellite orbital deployers, ground station equipment, etc. The private soft reveal for the site plans of the spacecraft facility commenced earlier this week.
