Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate on Wednesday, November 01, announced the launch of two new housing projects in its 200-acre township in Pune. The expected revenue potential of these projects is 1500 INR-Crore.
SP Kingstown is a 200-acre township project located in Hadapsar Annexe of Pune and includes housing, commercial, educational, healthcare, and retail spaces. The real estate developer is now developing two new housing projects – Wildernest and Joyville Celestia in the township intending to provide a unique enchanting living experience to its users.

The potential development area for both projects is 1.7 Million SqFt and is designed to provide various services to users ranging from aspirational to luxury. Joyville Celestia will be the second aspirational project within the township, as mentioned by Sriram Mahadevan, MD of Joyville Shapoorji Housing. The estimated cost of this project is 200 USD Million.
