Siddha Group, a leading real estate developer in India, announced the launch of a new premium tower – Altaire Collection, at Sion NX. The tower will be a part of the group’s iconic project, Siddha Sky, which includes five towers of 40 storeys connected by a rooftop skywalk.
The project is designed by renowned architects – Agarwal & Agarwal, DOT Architects, and Amar Tendulkar Architects (ATA). GSA is the landscape consultant for the project, while JW is the structural consultant.

The project involves spatial amenities such as – 4+ acres of open spaces, 22,000 SqFt clubhouse, sky lounge, hammock seating, amphitheatre, yoga, telescopic star gazing point, sky gazing deck, and party lawn with viewing deck. The project is anticipated to be completed within four years.
