Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with ASV Hotels and Properties Developers (a real estate and hotel development company) to develop a new hotel in Lucknow. It will be named Wyndham Garden Lucknow City Centre.
The hotel is scheduled to open by FY25 and will feature modern design 85 contemporary rooms, along with luxury amenities like a lobby lounge, a rooftop swimming pool, a health club, a spa, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, banquet halls, meeting rooms, and business centres.

Saurabh Sharma, Partner, ASV Hotels & Properties Developers, said that the hotel will be built with high international standards and is anticipated to generate around 100+ direct job opportunities. It will also serve as the fourth hotel in Lucknow by Wyndham Garden.
