Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has partnered with RMK Infrastructure Pvt Ltd to add a new hotel to its ‘Vivanta‘ brand in Pune. The greenfield hotel will come up at Pune’s Talegaon near MIDC Road, the company announced on Thursday, December 21.
The upcoming project will occupy nearly 2.5 Acres of land parcel and add 140 keys to the company’s portfolio. It will have facilities like an all-day diner-Mynt, a speciality restaurant & Wink, a bar with approximately 4,000 SqFt of banquet space, and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and spa.

This will be IHCL’s fifth hotel in Pune and is aimed at strengthening the company’s presence in the city. With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have overall 33 hotels across Maharashtra under its SeleQtions, Vivanta, and Ginger brands, with 11 hotels under construction.
