Hampton Sky Realty (formerly known as Ritesh Properties and Industries) has obtained all the required approvals for developing its hospital, named Hampton Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, in Ludhiana, as announced in a press release on Sunday, January 14. The construction is anticipated to commence within the upcoming week.
Hampton Narayana Superspeciality Hospital will be a part of the 43-acre development and will see an estimated investment of INR 200 Crore. It will be located on NH-5 connecting Ludhiana with Chandigarh and include super specialties focusing on Cardiology and Oncology.

Hampton Sky Realty also announced a high-street commercial project in December 2023 with an estimated investment of INR 120 Crore. The project would be located in Ludhiana sprawling across an anticipated 12-acre land parcel.
