Real estate developer Signature Global announced investing an estimated INR 2,200 Crore over the next five years towards developing a new luxury residential project in Gurugram. The company plans to complete this project by 2028.
The upcoming project will be developed in Sector 37D of Gurugram on the Dwarka Expressway and will comprise 1008 units. The company has already received 5,400 EoIs (Expressions of Interest) from customers for this new 16.5-acre housing project named ‘DE LUXE-DXP‘.

Signature Global has already achieved 41% growth in sales bookings to INR 3,124.12 Crore during the April-December period of this fiscal. The company expects to generate total sales bookings of INR 7,200 Crore this year as against INR 3,430.58 Crore in the previous year, said Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman of Signature Global.
