EIH, the flagship company of the Oberoi Group, recently announced that it has received approval for the construction of a new Oberoi Luxury Resort, Cavelossim Beach in South Goa. The upcoming project is estimated to cost INR 412 Crore.
The luxury Oberoi resort will be developed over an anticipated 52 Acres of land parcel. It is scheduled to be operational by October 1, 2027. The project will feature 90 rooms and suites and cater to domestic as well as international travelers.

Moreover, EIH has entered into a management agreement for its second upcoming Oberoi Luxurious Resort, Bogmalo Beach in South Goa. The company currently owns and operates a portfolio of hotels and resorts under the prestigious ‘Oberoi’ and ‘Trident’ brands in India and abroad.
