The upcoming office space development forms part of a larger mixed-use masterplan envisioned by Pioneer Urban. The estimated cost for this project is INR 1,500 Crore, while it is scheduled for completion by 2028. The development is poised to deliver world-class office space that will appeal to both multinational and Indian occupiers.

This collaboration aligns with Hines’s strategic vision to expand its commercial and residential portfolio in India, underscoring the country’s importance in its global growth plans.
