Delhi-based Numax Realcon Consortium is set to develop an integrated township project worth an estimated INR 1,000 Crore in Muzaffarnagar of Uttar Pradesh. The Muzaffarnagar Development Authority recently granted a license to the developer for the project.
The upcoming modern township project will sprawl across an anticipated 77 Acres of land and comprise world-class amenities such as plots, villas, a commercial complex with independent floors, etc. The project will additionally include public facilities like schools and a police station among others.
