Realty firm Siddha Group announced the launch of their second project in Mumbai, Siddha Sky. This would be the city’s first Rooftop Skywalk located in Wadala.
Siddha Sky will offer well-designed 2, 3 & 4 BHK apartments, spread across 4 towers with twin Rooftop Skywalks, crowning 2 towers each, as well as a Residents Club, hosting all modern amenities.
The project will also have a commercial hub called Siddha Sky Commercial, meant to house lifestyle brands, restaurants, exclusive branded outlets and co-working spaces spread over 36,000+ sq.ft. across two towers facing the main access road.
The Skywalk will consist of plush amenities like a Jogging Loop, Sunset Lounge, Party Lawn, Kids’ Play Area, Organic Garden, Seating Coves, Yoga Area, Fitness Garden, Skyplex and Stargazing Area.
A miniature model of the project was unveiled by the directors of Siddha & Sejal group and along with this, an experience of the 3D Virtual Reality Simulation of the Project to the customers was provided at the Siddha Sky experience centre.
