Navratna public sector undertaking NBCC (India) Limited has bagged an order worth Rs 150 crore for the construction of CBSE integrated office building.
Situated at sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi the proposed building will be a fully equipped state-of-art structure with energy efficient green features as per GRIHA standards.
For developing the office building, the project would be built on a plot area of 3 acres upon which a multi-storey building with basement parking and auditorium would be developed.
NBCC CMD Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal said, “The Company has extensive experience in delivering
world class educational and healthcare institutes. Sustainable development is our constant endeavour, which we institutionalise right from the concept stage and ensure quality and timely delivery.”
It is worth mentioning that NBCC has also executed CBSE’s regional office at Rai Bareilly and Bhubaneshwar.
