Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has planned a new Building Complex that would come up at IT City, GMADA, (SAS Nagar) Punjab. The site project has an area of 2.23 acres.
The building Complex shall comprise of the following:
– Punjab State Office
– Senior Management Center
– Transit Accommodation
– Provision for construction of residential flats
The office buildings for Punjab State Office (PSO), Senior management center (SMC) and Transit Camp (TC) would be constructed in three separate buildings, with state of the art features.
The buildings to be constructed shall be equipped with all modern facilities with appealing, unique exteriors, and elegant, open space interiors which would make it a landmark complex in and around the city of Chandigarh that projects the Brand Image of Indian Oil.
The entire complex shall be designed and constructed based on the Green building concept with features like the use of sustainable materials, measures for pollution reduction, waste reduction, waste management etc.
Good indoor environmental air quality, landscaping & Horticulture, solar lighting & heating, piped gas for guest house, rain water harvesting etc shall also be planned.
