The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) would be developing the General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) Residential Quarters at Atal Nagar, Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Spread over a land measuring 19.33 acres, the project would consist of a total of 729 residential quarters under various categories. The project would also feature Social Infrastructure buildings such as:
• Shopping Center
• Community Centre
• Creche/Nursery & Dispensary
• Guest House
In addition, green building elements will be integrated in the project in order to achieve the THREE STAR GRIHA / SILVER IGBC ratings requirements.
Besides this, tree plantation, parks, sports facilities etc. as per the drawing and technical specifications shall be done to achieve a high quality urban environment with permanent maintenance friendly features
