Debu’s The Fern, Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand: This upcoming hotel is currently under construction and is expected to open in 2025. It will feature 81 well-appointed rooms along with various facilities for dining, banquets, and conferences. The hotel will further comprise spacious lawns, making it an ideal location for corporate events, destination weddings, and special occasions.
Debu’s The Fern in Uttarakhand is designed to blend contemporary elegance with traditional charm, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle. Moreover, sustainability is a key focus, with eco-friendly initiatives and support for local communities.

Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun: Situated at the foothills of the Himalayas, this hotel will offer 46 keys and will be operational by December 2024. The Fern’s Grand Legacy Beacon in Uttarakhand will showcase modern amenities with elegant furnishings.
The hotel will also feature an on-site multi-cuisine restaurant, conference and banqueting facilities, along with a rooftop terrace and a large courtyard. The courtyard is expected to accommodate nearly 200 guests making it an ideal destination for corporate meetings, social gatherings, as well as special occasions.
