IHG Hotels & Resorts, has announced the signing of a management agreement with Siddhya Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd to develop Holiday Inn Resort Kufri in the district of Shimla, Kufri. The resort is set to open by January 2026.
Holiday Inn Resort Kurfi boasts 100 finely furnished rooms, of which 10 are luxurious suites. Patrons will relish a range of dining choices, comprising four F&B outlets, a spa, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, a bar, a destination bar, and a pool bar.

Moreover, the resort will have four versatile meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom, to accommodate high demand from the wedding segment. Holiday Inn Resort Kufri will also showcase a fully equipped gym, a pool, and retail spaces.
