Rustomjee Group announced the debut of their new residential property, ‘Rustomjee 180 Bayview‘, in Mumbai’s Matunga West. The real estate developer aims to achieve an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding INR 1,300 Crore. The apartments are expected to be handed over in 2028.
Rustomjee 180 Bayview will feature 2, 3, and 4-BHK units along with duplex apartments, sized between 800-2,200 SqFt. The project embraces themes such as Sea Breeze, Aqua Sense, Tropical Plantation, Sculptures, and Pebbles.

The upcoming Rustomjee 180 Bayview project offers spacious balconies for each apartment. Additionally, it provides a variety of amenities across different levels. On the ground level, residents will find a play mound and a seating pocket. The first floor features leisure activities, a preview theater, a games room, a gym, a banquet hall, and a children’s zone. Finally, the rooftop includes a multipurpose lawn, infinity edge pool, swing pods, skydeck, and cascading pond.
