Navi Mumbai: Center One Mall, once a bustling shopping and entertainment hub, has been demolished to make way for a modern commercial complex by Kamdhenu Realities.
Recognizing the site’s redevelopment potential and its proximity to Vashi Railway Station and Sion-Panvel Highway, Kamdhenu Realities has ambitious plans to build a state-of-the-art commercial complex. This new development will cater to the evolving needs of the city’s commercial sector, offering modern office spaces and exotic food joints.

Kamdhenu Realities will construct a modern commercial complex offering office spaces starting at 550 SqFt of carpet area. They anticipate obtaining a commencement certificate (CC) for the project by August 2024 and plan to complete construction within four years. As an RERA-registered project, the complex will feature 35 floors and ample parking for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
An official from Kamdhenu Realities confirmed these details, emphasizing their commitment to modern architecture and sustainable practices. The new complex aims to become a community landmark and focal point once again.
