Colt DCS to set up new INR 8,500 Crore Hyperscale Data Centre in Airoli

Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS) plans to establish a massive hyperscale data centre on an anticipated 15 Acres land parcel in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This ambitious project involves an estimated investment of INR 8,500 Crore

Colt DCS will set up the new 100 MW data centre adjacent to its existing 25 MW facility in Airoli. This makes it a hyperscale and enterprise solution data center campus. They will develop the entire campus in 3-4 phases, with each phase boasting a 30 MW capacity. Eventually, the campus will exceed a total capacity of 125 MW.

Furthermore, the company is in advanced discussions with a realty developer to build the next phase. In addition, Colt DCS has allocated around INR 3,500 Crore for another hyperscale data centre in Chennai. This facility will have an 80 MW capacity. They have already acquired 10 Acres of land parcel in Ambattur for about INR 250 Crore.
