Overlooking the scenic golf course of Gurgaon in the uber-luxury residences of DLF Camellias is a new residential project. The project, designed by Abhishek Kathuria, Founder and Principal Designer, of the acclaimed interior design studio Rosabagh, is a coruscating masterpiece that rises above trends. DLF Camellias stays classic, yet remains functional and intimate. A canvas of neutral palettes and subdued tones sketched with a neoclassical design lexicon renders this latest Rosabagh home to stay refreshingly serene. Resonating a youthful spirit, each room harmonizes with the other swathed in subdued colors. With the warmth of teak and oak wood, DLF Camellias embodies a strong visual flow of European influences that foster a sense of poised luxury.
Timeless Elegance Meets Contemporary Design
This modern 7,500 SqFt apartment, located on the 16th floor of DLF Camellias, perfectly balances timeless and contemporary elements. The design ideologies were shaped by extensive discussions with the family of four, ensuring that the overall experience of the house reflects their preferences.
A Welcoming Foyer
Endorsing the residents’ choice, white forms the base for the entire apartment. Every space is then marked with bespoke furniture and furnishings. Meanwhile, touches of accent colors, layer up like a collage to infuse this sanctuary with a beguiling personality. A fitting prelude to the home, the foyer embraces the white and beige theme. It combines a dramatic painting and a marble-topped circular table taking center stage. Additionally, a magnificent wooden console with an intriguing geometric fluted pattern stands poised like a welcoming gesture in the passage. Vintage lights and an imposing artwork further highlight it.

Luxurious Living Room
As you are ushered through the pristine living room, you enter an effervescent oasis of comfort and opulence. Beauteous linen sheers & beige curtains filter natural light, bathing the resplendent furniture alongside the rich gold & white chandeliers & fans. The minimally designed sofas with rich leather and textured upholstery maintain a tranquil countenance in muted beige. They draw inspiration from neo-classical design sentiments. The regal chairs further spell grace with generous cushioning and serene tones. Similarly, the handcrafted coffee tables create a mesmerising effect, one in fine-grained wood and the other in exquisitely pied marble top. Here white is complemented with the richness of dark brown tones. The bar, coffee table, and T.V. unit manifest a cohesive design thread that creates a harmonious synergy in the space.
Wooden paneling adorns the walls of the dining room, complemented by a variegated marble-topped dining table on a glossy dynamic base. White dining chairs with gold accents and a golden table base add a royal touch. The vanity room features a fluted wooden table and antique dull gold hardware, paying homage to vintage style.

Serene Bedrooms
The bedrooms of this home at DLF Camellias revel in alluring clean-lined furniture. It pursues the cohesive narrative of white and beige with an accent color connecting the residents with their intimate space of repose. Meanwhile, the master bedroom gets a glossy finish and golden nudge. Here the sofa, bed, side tables, and TV unit are accentuated with a gold pattern, reminiscent of the royal palaces. The daughter’s room features subtle pink and gold touches, a sink-in chair with fluffy upholstery, and a textured bed back, creating a poetic ambiance. The young master’s room further showcases a chic beige leather upholstered bed. Meanwhite, marble-topped side tables, and a unique blue-striped sofa add a youthful spirit. The guest room maintains a minimalist design with touches of old-world appeal through curved legs, rich upholstery, and natural finishes.
A well-curated mix of art-e-facts and oversized abstract artwork adorns the walls. Additionally, plush silk and viscose carpets, create a sophisticated, streamlined look that segues effortlessly through the house. Meanwhile, the accentuated grains of the teakwood furniture also add aesthetics. The sentiment ‘You only live once’ scribed on the daughter’s room’s wall reverberates through this enigmatic home.
