Max Estates, a prominent Delhi NCR-based real estate developer is set to develop a luxury housing project named Estates 360 along Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. With a tentative gross development value of INR 4,000 Crore, the upcoming project will be a remarkable addition to the region.
Max Estates plans to develop approximately 2.4 Million-SqFt of space in Estates 360. This joint development project will rise on an anticipated 11.8 Acres of land parcel at the confluence of Dwarka Expressway, Central Peripheral Road, and NH-8.

Estates 360, Gurugram, will be Delhi-NCR’s first ‘intergenerational living community.’ It will feature senior living residences alongside luxurious non-senior homes. This elegant project will have 864 units, with around one-third dedicated to senior living. Currently, the project is awaiting RERA approval and is expected to launch in Gurugram in the next two to three weeks.
