Epic Energy inks pact with Niva Ecotech to set up 25 MW solar park

On Monday, September 1, Epic Energy Ltd announced a new partnership with Niva Ecotech to establish a 35 MWp (25 MW) solar park in and around Solapur, Maharashtra. 

Epic Renewable Projects Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Epic Energy Ltd, will spearhead this solar park initiative in India. Furthermore, Epic aims to achieve a total installed capacity of 140 MWp (100 MW) within the next two years.

The company’s partnership with Epic will allow it to leverage its expertise to significantly expand India’s solar energy footprint, said Ajay Mundada, Director of Niva Ecotech Pvt Ltd.
