Signature Global has awarded a 1,144 INR-Crore construction contract to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. for its first premium residential project, ‘De-luxe DXP’. Located in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, this project is set to redefine luxury living in the region.
Spread over an anticipated 16.65 Acres, De-luxe DXP offers 1008 units in 8 elegantly designed towers. The project features 3, 3.5, and 4.5 BHK apartments, along with penthouses. It boasts a massive sales potential of 28.12 Lakh-SqFt. Additionally, a renowned international architect AEDAS, is designing this project. Sanju Bose serves as the landscape architect, while Mahimtura is the structural consultant.

Notably, the project is IGBC Gold-rated, ensuring an eco-friendly lifestyle. Moreover, De-luxe DXP boasts an expansive jogging track, one of the largest in the region, and a Miyawaki forest promoting sustainability. In addition, the project includes 1 Lakh-SqFt of high-street retail space. Furthermore, Ahluwalia Contracts plans to complete the upcoming project within five years.
