Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) has planned to set up a Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital, Residential Quarters for Doctors and Dharmashala for the Tata Memorial Centre Division Parel Shivd at G. D. Ambedkar Marg, Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Sprawled over an area of 5 acres, the project has a development potential of 1.41 million sq.ft of built up area.
The proposed residential project will have Main Hospital Building (3B+G+17
floors), Doctor quarters (B+S+2P+15 floors), Dharmashala Building (B+S+2P+15 floors), Flange Building (3B+G+1 floor) and MLCP of 16 levels. A total of 583 beds are proposed.
