Sabarmati Riverfront: New 300-key hotel and convention center approved

The Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd (SRFDCL) has approved a 300-room hotel project on the riverfront’s western bank in Ahmedabad. This hotel will feature around 17 floors. 

Furthermore, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has greenlit the creation of a detailed project report (DPR) for a world-class ‘Convention, Cultural, and Business Center’ near Paldi. Additionally, the project is valued at an estimated 792.5 INR-Crore. Spanning an expansive 40,200 SqM, this ambitious center will feature a striking dome and theatre on a 6,850 SqM plot, a hotel on a 6,350 SqM plot, a convention center on a 14,940 SqM plot, and a state-of-the-art performing arts theatre on a 11,365 SqM plot.
