The Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) has revealed its plans to redevelop the existing Sanskrutik Sankul Complex on Ambazari Road, Maharashtra. It will be replaced with a modern, mixed-use commercial building designed to optimize functionality and aesthetic appeal. The land spans an anticipated 4,083 SqM, and the estimated revenue of this project is 120 INR-Crore.
The new building by NIT will feature 13 floors, including three basement levels dedicated to ample parking space. Retail spaces will flourish with 26 shops relocated to the upgraded premises. Additionally, NIT’s West Zone office will occupy the 5th and 6th floors. The design will incorporate a guest house, ensuring efficient use of available space. As approved by the Airport Authority of India (AAI), the building will stand at a height of 58 M.

Furthermore, two banquet halls will be on the 3rd floor and the first two floors will host retail outlets. Between the 5th and 13th floors, NIT plans to develop a hotel. If the hotel project garners no interest, floors 7 through 13 will transition into modern residential apartments. Lastly, the project is slated for construction within 36 months.
