The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has revealed plans to construct the city’s first multi-level parking complex at KBR Park.
The facility will be designed with a rotary system. It will accommodate 27 cars across six units, each capable of holding up to 12 vehicles. GHMC has also dedicated 20% of the space to amenities like coffee kiosks, EV charging points, and mini-marts, ensuring convenience for users.

Currently, the project is in the agreement stage. It will be completed within six months of signing the final contract. Furthermore, the multi-level parking complex will feature smart technology. This innovative project aims to reduce congestion and serve as a modern parking solution while enhancing urban infrastructure.
