Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin laid the foundation stone for a non-leather footwear manufacturing giant Hong Fu Industrial Group’s new facility on Monday, December 16.
Located in Panapakkam, Ranipet district, this sprawling unit spans approximately 200 Acres inside the Sipcot Industrial Park. Hong Fu has committed an impressive investment of 1,500 INR-Crore to establish the plant. Additionally, this massive project will generate employment for 25,000 individuals, with 85% of the workforce comprising women.
