Telangana Govt to develop luxury hotel and convention center

The Telangana Government is spearheading the development of a 200-key five-star hotel and convention center near the innovation campus housing T-Hub, T-Works, and the upcoming IMAGE towers. Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC) has invited tenders for this prestigious Telangana five-star hotel project. 

The facility will be built on an anticipated 3 Acres site, strategically located opposite IKEA, under a public-private partnership model. As per tender documents, the estimated project cost is 582 INR-Crore. The vertical development will feature a built-up area of around 6.66 Lakh-SqFt. It includes a luxurious five-star hotel spanning approximately 3.63 Lakh-SqFt, a trade center covering 2.42 Lakh-SqFT, and a 0.61 Lakh-SqFt ground floor space.

The ground floor will host grand banquet halls with a 500-person capacity, retail spaces, and opulent lobby areas. Furthermore, the hotel project in Telangana requires bidders to partner with a renowned five-star deluxe hotel brand that has no current presence in Hyderabad. The project completion timeline is within 36 months. Interested parties must submit their bids by February 12, with openings scheduled for February 13.
